We need help selling tickets.

Only a fraction of the tickets for the Outback Steakhouse fundraiser on 8 Sep have been sold. We need your help with this project. Outback is donating all of the $15 from each ticket to the band boosters. We are hoping each family will be able to help us sell tickets. There will be 2 colors of tickets, one for each time seating.
We can seat 125 people per seating and tickets are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Cost: $15 per ticket

Menu: 4oz steak AND
4 oz chicken
choice from 2 sides
choice of house or Cesar salad
drink
gratuity not included

The cookbook fundraiser is still in the works with planned availability for Christmas. BUT- We still need more recipes. Send an email to Jeanne Westbrook or enter the recipe online at

The Band Events calendar is on Mr Westbrook's site! You can also find the Band Fee schedule, the letter we sent out in July (if you misplaced yours) and important forms that must be filled out by all marchers!
